Olesen to find the right US counterparty, we identified Lalilab in North Carolina after an exhaustive search, introducing the parties and negotiating and structuring the transaction.
ThinkingLinking is pleased to announce the sale of Sibelius Sage asset to Stratum Nutrition in February 2024. We selected parties for an auction process, advised and negotiated the transaction on behalf of Sibelius Natural Products.
